* DVACS (Digital Voice Access Control Systems).  This types of alarm monitoring involves a telephone line that is dedicated to security systems. It is supervised so that if the line is cut, an alarm will occur.  These types of systems are used mainly to monitor fire alarm, sprinkler systems, jewelry stores, banks, and similar high risk premises.
